James "Jay" Veal has been in the Water Treatment industry since 2021. He spent 4 years supporting branded A. O. Smith's water quality dealers within inside sales. Jay was born and raised in West Chester, OH before relocating to Columbus in 2007 where spent his time consulting for small businesses and entrepreneurs until joining A.O. Smith. He is a Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State Football fan. Outside of work he enjoys training and running. He is also passionate about sound design, film, and drone piloting.

Jay is looking forward to providing the best in-field business support to all water quality dealers.
