Abram figured out the issue and came up with a plan to fix the problem. I swear that JR Snider employs some of the greatest people and Abram is no exception. I’ve always been able to get help in a professional, timely manner at a fair price. I’ve never bothered calling any other company and never will.

My plumbing issue has been a peculiar one but Abram worked diligently until he figured out exactly where the problem was and came up with a plan to make the necessary repairs. He’s hardworking, knowledgeable, personable and arrives as scheduled. I am well-pleased with Abram and with J.R.Snider. It’s never pleasant to deal with home repairs but it’s made easier by great service.

My water heater decided to start dying so I called JR Snider for assistance. Shane arrived the same day and installed a brand new one as quickly as possible, waiting to test it to make sure all was working as expected. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard and fast to get things installed and operational. I started the day with a failing, old water heater and ended it with a brand new one giving hot water. JR Snider and the employees have not let me down in the decade I’ve lived here. You really can’t ask for better service.

We have always had a great experience with J.R. Snider. Chris was thorough. We have a tough case and I know he and his team will get to the bottom of it!

I called at the end of the day on Thursday because my water went out. Mike showed up at my house in less than an hour and found the issue. Was advised a crew would be here first thing in the morning. Friday morning Jared and a second person showed up and worked so hard on my well. It was so hot out that day but they never stopped working. I was so pleased with the hard work and dedication that they showed. Not only were they working hard to restore my water for me but also for all of my rescue animals. Jared and his helper were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to. Jared explained what the issue was and how they resolved it. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and my rescue animals are also happy.

I have had them do a lot of work and all of it is impeccable. All reps sent have been qualified and professional. They want to do everything they can to meet your expectations. They are also reliable. If you have an appointment, the will be there. Finally, they look for ways to save you money... won't oversell. Hope this review helps you make a decision who to hire. Ethan was fabulous. He is a wonderful professional and friendly. He knew what he was doing. I can't say enough good about him. He is meticulous in his work and makes sure that things are done right.
